Fees and Billing

IMPORTANT NOTICE
As of the 4th December 2023, our practice introduced mixed billing consultations.
Due to the rising costs associated with daily business expenses (e.g., rent, utilities, stocks etc.) in the current economic climate, we have to attach a certain amount of fee to continue operating.
GP consultations will attract out of pocket fees depending on the type of service requested. Full payment is required on the day and can be made by debit/credit card.
Our practice will continue to bulk bill the following patient groups for consultations only (not including procedures),
• Concession card holders, DVA, Health Care Card and Pensioner Card holders.
• Patients under 16 years of age.
• Immunisations (e.g., childhood, influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations).
• Care plans and Mental Health Care plans.
• Health Assessments.
We are now also a cashless clinic from the 25 of October 2024, this means we can only accept debit or credit card payments ONLY!
Please ensure you DO NOT bring cash to pay for your consultation.
We do apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

All consultation fees which are covered by your membership will be directly billed to your health fund on the day of your consultation.

From April 4th 2023, our medical center will be charging our patients without a Medicare Card an out of pocket cost of $24.
We ask that all fees be paid for at the time of the consultation.
